Make Money with the Merchant Referral Bonus Program
Each time a new merchant signs up for a PayPal Business or Premier
account via the link or banner that you provide, you'll be eligible for a
Merchant Referral Bonus. Your referral bonus is tied to the amount the
merchant receives via PayPal's Website Payment Tools or Send Money.
You'll immediately start earning 0.5% of the new merchant's revenue —
up to $1,000.00 USD — for the first 12 months that the merchant has his
PayPal account.
How It Works
When the merchant you refer signs up for a Business or Premier PayPal
account, you are eligible to receive a Merchant Referral Bonus. The bonus
amount is a percentage of the funds received by your referral using
PayPal's Website Payments or Send Money features.
You will receive an initial monthly bonus, equivalent to 0.5% of the new
merchant's net sales, as soon as that merchant reaches $200.00 USD in
sales. Every 30 days for the next 12 months, you will receive a bonus of
0.5% of the new merchant's monthly net sales. The maximum total bonus you
can receive is $1,000.00 USD.
